She tells us to turn our minds to the positive and the possible. Ruby has written five books including How to be Human: the Manual and A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled.
Ruby is in conversation with Rachel Cooke, the award-winning writer and columnist at the Observer as well as being the television critic at New Statesman.
