Writing Workshop – Morden
3 x two hour sessions beginning 26 January
Wimbledon BookFest – in partnership with the University of Roehampton – is holding a series of workshops exploring creative writing.
Led by professional writers, the workshops will take place across Morden, Wimbledon and Colliers Wood libraries – £40 for three sessions with free places available to residents in the CR4, CR7, SM3 and SM4 postcodes.
Courses will take place on Fridays (26 January, 2 February and 9 February) and are a block booking for three sessions at one of the selected libraries. They will run from 10am to 12 noon.
Whether you’re just starting out on your writing journey, wanting to develop your craft, or simply looking to explore different ways of telling your story, our workshops are the perfect way to get your creativity flowing and release the author within you, with your short story being published in an anthology at the end of the course.
