Thomasina Miers
Mexican Table

If you’re looking to add some kick to your cooking, be sure to join us in the Food Hall to learn more about Mexican recipes and the stories behind them.
Thomasina Miers, founder of the Wahaca restaurants and first-ever Masterchef winner, has popularised Mexican cuisine in the UK. Last year, she spent six months in Mexico with her family, cooking with top chefs and immersing herself in the culture, which inspired her latest recipe collection. Thomasina will be in conversation with food writer, chef and presenter Angela Clutton.
‘Mexican food is one of the world’s great cuisines and there is no one I’d rather read on the subject than Tommi.’
Tom Parker Bowles
