Travel seems to have gone from being an adventure to a checklist. Taking time to journey enables total immersion into cultures, communities and cuisines around the world.

Bringing to life epic landscapes and fascinating cities, Caroline Eden will look back on her recent series of walks through the Caucasus whilst Monisha Rajesh will share her globetrotting adventures on night trains. Caroline and Monisha will be in conversation with travel journalist and commissioning editor Jennifer Cox.
