Liz Jensen & Rachel Wilson

Working Through Grief: Loss and Hope

This event will show how it’s possible to find meaning, even in our darkest times, in the loss of what and who we love. And in finding them, emerge stronger.

Liz’s son, Raphaël Coleman, a climate change activist and former child actor, was just twenty five when he collapsed and died unexpectedly. Rachel faced grief as a young woman when she lost her mother. She is the founder of The Grief Network.

Together, they will discuss resilience and how it germinates in emergencies, sets down roots in astonishing and unexpected ways, and if we notice it and tend to it, blooms.

‘I came away from it energised and uplifted by the conviction that the soul can emerge from the deepest trauma and not just thrive, but flourish.’  Laline Paull on Your Wild and Precious Life

Liz and Rachel will be talking to facilitator, coach, and psychotherapist Trixie Rawlinson.

This event lasts 1 hour
