Super-Infinite: John Donne
Book Cover of Super-Infinite, The Transformationf of John Donne by Katherine Rundell

Bestselling writer and academic Katherine Rundell talks about her prize-winning biography of the man best known as a metaphysical poet, but who was incapable of being just one thing.

Katherine will discuss with journalist Rachel Cooke the many sides  of John Donne’s extraordinary life: his obsessions, his blazing words, his electric joy, his black sadness and his tempestuous Elizabethan times – ultimately  unveiling him as the most remarkable mind and as a lesson in living. Super-Infinite is the winner of the 2022 Baillie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction.

‘Blazingly intelligent and witty’ – Daily Telegraph
