Men in Love: Life After Trainspotting

30 years after the publication of ‘Trainspotting’, Irvine Welsh returns with its blazing sequel and continues the stories of Renton and the gang in a riotous new journey.

Opening in the late 1980s as rave culture is born and moving into the 1990s, Men in Love sees Renton, Spud, Sick Boy and Begbie leave heroin behind and seek joy, and the hope of redemption, asking if falling in love is really the drug all men crave?

Irvine will be in conversation with Suzi Feay, a literary journalist who regularly writes for The Guardian and The Financial Times.

‘The voice of punk, grown up, grown wiser and grown eloquent.’
