Clodagh will discuss how we can boost our wellness, reduce anxiety and nourish both body and soul as well as sharing her tips on entertaining and her experience of running a sustainable farm. Sharing the inspiration behind her recipes, Clodagh will talk about the joy that food brings to everyday lives, and how cooking can truly lift the spirit.

Clodagh McKenna is a chef, author and TV presenter. She is a much-loved resident chef on ITV’s This Morning and a regular on The Marilyn Denis Show in Canada and The Today Show in the USA. She is the author of 8 bestselling cookbooks. Clodagh is passionate about the planet and living well, and is inspired daily by her sustainable homestead in Hampshire, UK, where she grows countless varieties of fruit and vegetables, and has six beautiful Burford Brown hens and uses produce in her simple, speedy recipes.
