Chloe Dalton & Ruby Free: Nature’s Gifts

Two writers share the joy of connecting with nature

Chloe and Ruby share their experiences of the joy of nature and the extraordinary relationships that can be formed between humans and animals.

Ruby moved to Rathlin Island, off the coast of Northern Ireland, to work on a RSPB reserve and found her connection with the island’s seabirds reflected and connected her with life experiences. Chloe found herself the unexpected custodian of an abandoned newly born hare. This event is an uplifting call to action to re-examine our place within our environments.

‘Written with tenderness and lyricism from someone who has taken the time to reconnect to nature and the wild within.’- Angelina Jolie on Raising Hare

‘I genuinely could not put it down.’ Megan McCubbin on Rathlin: A Wild Life

Chloe and Ruby will be in conversation with journalist and Festival patron Jennifer Cox.

This event lasts 1 hour
Tickets: 25s and under price available.
