Andrew Lownie & Andy Webb
Entitled: Investigating Our Royals

Based on four years of meticulous research, freedom of information requests and hundreds of new interviews, Andrew Lownie unpicks the ongoing connection between the Duke and Duchess of York and their marriage, divorce and business affairs. He will be in conversation with Andy Webb, journalist and author of the upcoming book exposing the betrayal of Princess Diana at the hands of the BBC.
He explores Andrew’s role in the Falklands, his business dealings, the couple’s extravagant lifestyles, and their controversial links with Jeffrey Epstein – painting a shocking portrait of privilege, insecurity, and the perils of unchecked egotism inside Britain’s most protected institution.
He will be in conversation with Andy Webb, the writer and award-winning filmmaker who obtained the secret files that first broke the story of Princess Diana’s betrayal by journalist Martin Bashir and author of the upcoming book exposing extent of the deception she experienced at the hands of the BBC. A story for the ages, the fate of Princess Diana will be debated by scholars and gossips centuries from now. This book, filled with revelations which have not yet entered the public record, will become a key part in the first draft of history.
‘Lownie is an unusual biographer in that he is at once a great investigative journalist, but also a fine writer.’
