Seoul WOW Book Festival

Wimbledon BookFest is proud to be expanding our global partnerships through our celebration of Korean arts and writing, in partnership with the Seoul Wow Book Festival.

In 2025, we were delighted to also work in partnership with the Korean Cultural Centre UK and the Southbank Centre.

We were also delighted to host a live pansori performance by internationally acclaimed artist Eunhye Jung with pianist Kim Yong-Jae. Eunhye performed the UK premiere of her pansori adaptation of Jeanette Winterson’s A Gap in Time. Eunhye and Kim spoke to Korean cultural studies expert, Hyunseon Le about the modern adaptation, translated by Jeehyui Baig.

We welcomed Su Scott, award-winning food writer, and Seji Hong, founder of BOMBOM Market.
