Venue Accessibility and Mobility Information
Merton Arts Space: The library is fully accessible and there is a disabled toilet.
Wimbledon High School: Regardless of mobility needs, please enter via the main entrance on Mansel Road. A steward will be available to assist you and guide you to your event using a step-free route. There are accessible toilets available at WHS.
New Wimbledon Theatre: The theatre is a fully accessible venue with accessible toilets.

Accessible Parking / Blue Badge Parking
Merton Arts Space: For events at Wimbledon Library, the closest accessible parking is located on The Broadway, providing step-free access just a short distance from the library entrance.
Wimbledon High School: For attendees with access needs, Blue Badge parking is available on Mansel Road, directly outside Wimbledon High School, offering the most convenient access to the venue.
New Wimbledon Theatre: At the New Wimbledon Theatre, while there is no on-site parking, Blue Badge holders can use nearby on-street bays on Russell Road, within a short distance.

Companion Tickets / Assistance Tickets
We offer free companion tickets for those who need this support – to book companion tickets please email boxoffice@wimbledonbookfest.org who can book this extra ticket for you.
Concession Tickets
Under 30s: We want our events to be accessible to as many people as possible, so we offer reduced ticket prices for under 30s. £10 tickets and no booking fee on all events. Visit our website page ‘Under 30s’ for more information and to sign up.
Free Postcode Tickets: For all Merton Arts Space events, there are free tickets available for free tickets for postcodes CR4, CR7, SM3 or SM4.
Universal Credit: Discounted tickets are available for adults receiving Universal Credit for select events. Pricing may vary depending on the event, and not all events are eligible. Please contact boxoffice@wimbledonbookfest.org for more information.
