In a world where democracy is being eroded, find out more about how the powerful are undermining our civil liberties.

Leading human rights barrister Susie Alegre and public law barrister Sam Fowles come together to cross examine the state of our democracy and erosion of human rights. Sam has worked on some of the highest profile public law cases including taking the Prime Minister to court over the prorogation of Parliament. Susie specialises in human rights. She is based at Doughty Street Chambers and University of Roehampton. She is also Senior Research Fellow at the University of Roehampton.
