Graeme Hall: Dogs!

In conversation with Kate MacDougall

Sat 18th Sept 2021, 2-3pm

Baillie Gifford Tent

Have you ever wished you could get the dogs in your life to behave better? Between them, Graeme Hall and Kate MacDougall have seen all kinds of quirky behaviour – from both dogs and their owners!

Graeme Hall ‘The Dogfather’, star of Channel 5’s Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly, imparts his wisdom on how to build the best relationship with your dog, told through the stories of some of the special dogs he’s loved and trained throughout his career.

Graeme will be in conversation with Kate MacDougall, author of London’s No. 1 Dog Walking Agency which is the irresistibly charming memoir of a young woman who started her own business as a dog walker for London’s busy, well-heeled dog lovers.

Backed up by scientific research, Graeme will be revealing his advice to Kate about how to train a happy, healthy dog.

If you have a question for our authors, perhaps about a new pooch that has joined your household during lockdown, then email us at and we'll aim to include it (by Monday 13th Sept).

Ticket price includes a copy of All Dogs Great and Small (Hb: £16.99) or London's Number 1 Dog Walking Agency (Hb: £14.99)

Please note: Unfortunately no dogs are allowed on the Festival Site.
