Lemn Sissay is a BAFTA nominated award winning writer, international poet, performer playwright, artist and broadcaster. His bestselling memoir My Name is Why came out in 2019 and describes growing up in care and finding hope, determination and creativity. Gold from the Stone is Lemn’s latest poetry collection, featuring new works and old favourites.

The Robert Graves Poetry Prize 2020 will be announced during this event.
