A night of short films about climate change, environmental destruction and human activism.
Join us for a special screening in partnership with It’s Freezing in LA!. The lm programme includes Mother of All Rivers, a film about Honduran activist Berta Cáceres, Isle de Jean Charles, a commentary on environmental destruction in the bayou of Louisiana, Let’s talk about the Weather by Io Sivertsen and Memo Mori, a film about our home city by Emily Richardson.
The films seek to provide a middle ground between the technical language of science and the hotheaded rage of activism.
This promises to be an original and engaging evening.
