| Bookfest is largely run by volunteers. Although we have achieved charitable status, and are very fortunate to have fantastic support from local businesses and community partnerships, we rely heavily on the support of our Friends. Friends receive two weeks' prioroty booking on all our events, as well as recieving our newsletters, so they know exactly what's happening.
